[Softball] Marian Unable To Generate Enough Runs As They Fall 2-1 To Columbia
Clermont, Fla. - Taking the field some four-plus hours past their original start time, the Marian Knights fell to Columbia College by a score of 2-1. In a game that looked eerily familiar to the Crossroads League title game, the Knights were unable to deliver a timely hit that would produce extra runs. With the loss Marian heads to the elimination bracket and now has a record of 51-6.


[Softball] Marian Ends Season With 2-1 Loss To Southern Oregon
CLERMONT, FLA. - Unable to deliver a timely hit to drive in a tying run, the Marian Knights softball team ended their season Tuesday with a 2-1 loss to Southern Oregon. Marian ends their with a remarkable 51-7 record, recording the first 50-win season in school history.

[Women's Outdoor Track & Field] Mills Finishes 23rd in 100 Meter Hurdles at NAIA Nationals
GULF SHORES, Ala. - The Marian women's track and field team opened up NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Nationals Friday in Gulf Shores, Alabama, with Tamia Mills running in the 100 meter hurdles. Mills finished 23rd overall for the Knights.


[Men's Outdoor Track & Field] Jones Places 22nd in Long Jump at NAIA Nationals
GULF SHORES, Ala. - Marian track and field's Jacob Jones placed 22nd in the long jump at NAIA Nationals in Gulf Shores, Alabama, Friday afternoon. Jones was the lone male competitor for the Knights on Friday.


[Softball] Knights Down Raiders In 10-6 Battle Of The Bats To Open NAIA World Series
Clermont, Fla. - With first pitch coming at 8:55 p.m., some three hours after the originally scheduled start time, the Marian softball team had an enjoyable night as they won the battle of the bats with a 10-6 win over Southern Oregon. The two schools combined to put up 25 hits, with Marian getting the last laugh scoring multiple runs in three innings. With the win the Knights record improves to 51-5 on the season. 


[Women's Outdoor Track & Field] Wieser, Corbin Close Season For MUTF
GULF SHORES, Ala. - The Marian women's track and field team closed the book on the 2018 season Saturday at NAIA Nationals in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Sarah Wieser and Sarah Corbin each competed with Wieser running the marathon and Corbin throwing the discus.

GULF SHORES, Ala. - The Marian men's track and field team competed at the final day of NAIA Nationals Saturday in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Lucas Sullivan ran the marathon and Garrett Johnson competed in the pole vault.

GULF SHORES, Ala. - The Marian men's track and field team opened day one of the NAIA Track & Field Nationals with three events on the schedule. The men's 4x100 meter and 4x800 meter relay teams both ran, while Marcus Griffin competed in the 400 meter hurdles.


[Women's Golf] Women's Golf Misses Cut; Ends Season At NAIA National Championship
Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. - The Marian women's golf team finished their 2017-18 season on Wednesday afternoon at the NAIA National Championship meet, coming in last place. Mira Nicpon was the leader for the Knights on day two of the event firing an 85 (+13) while Nicpon also carded the lowest two-round score, finishing the event with a score of 84+85=169.

[Women's Golf] Nicpon Leads Knights After Round One At NAIA National Championship
West Palm Beach, Fla. - Playing through a variety of wild Florida rain showers and wind gusts, the Marian women's golf team completed their first round of golf at the NAIA National Championship Tuesday afternoon. As a team, Marian sits in last place having played an incomplete round, with Mira Nicpon​ leading the way as the top individual Knight.

AVON, Ohio - The Crossroads League officially announced its 2018 Women's Outdoor Track and Field All-League award recipients on Friday and the Marian women's track and field team earned 19 awards after finishing third overall at the Crossroads League Championships.

Kansas City, Mo. - The NAIA has announced the official seeds and bracket for the 2018 NAIA Softball World Series that runs May 25 – 31 in Clermont, Fla. The 10-team, double-elimination event will be played out at the Legends Way Ballfields. PFX Athletics serves as official hosts for the second-straight year. Marian enters the tournament as the No. 3 seed team and will face No. 6 Southern Oregon in their opening game.

[Softball] Baugh And Greene's Big Day Helps Send Marian To Opening Round Championship
Bowling Green, Ky. - Sadie Baugh and Carly Greene combined to drive in seven of Marian's 10 runs in their afternoon win over Baker University, as the Knights are headed to the NAIA Opening Round Championship Game after a 10-4 victory. Baugh helped out the cause with four RBI in the game, with plating three runs on a towering three-run homerun in the third inning of the game. The win gives Marian an overall record of 49-5.


[Baseball] Marian's Season Ends With Loss to Cumberlands
WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. - With first pitch coming in at 11:06 p.m. ET, the Marian baseball team had a late night and early morning as the Knights saw their season come to an end with an 18-4 defeat at the hands of the University of Cumberlands Monday night. Marian finishes the season 24-27 with the program's second-straight trip to the NAIA National Championship Opening Round.


[Women's Lacrosse] Garland Named To NAIA All-America Second Team
KANSAS CITY - Kori Garland of the Marian women's lacrosse team has made history for the program, becoming the first All-American in Marian women's lacrosse history, as announced by the NAIA Tuesday afternoon. Garland was named to the second team for her performance during the 2018 season.


[Baseball] Burleton, Lopez Earn Crossroads League Player of the Week Honors
AVON, Ohio - After winning the program's first Crossroads League Tournament, Marian baseball earned two Crossroads League Player of the Week honors as Matt Burleton was named the Pitcher of the Week and Leo Lopez was named the Player of the Week, as announced by the league Tuesday morning.
